About the Role:

Mahsa Technologies is seeking a skilled and proactive Biomedical Engineer to oversee the operational maintenance of biomedical equipment in hospital and university settings. This role involves ensuring safety, compliance, and functionality while providing technical expertise and supervision within the Biomedical Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for biomedical equipment. Conduct calibrations, safety tests, and inspections in compliance with ISO, MDA, and other regulatory standards. Train staff on equipment usage and operational protocols. Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance, calibration, and compliance. Coordinate with contractors and internal departments for project execution. Respond to emergency calls and critical issues promptly.

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in servicing biomedical equipment within a hospital environment.

Skills:

Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and adept at using specialized tools for repair and maintenance.

Licenses:

Valid Class D and B2 driving licenses.

Availability:

Willingness to work across Malaysia, including public holidays and extra hours when needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Maintenance efficiency: 95% preventive maintenance completion rate. Downtime reduction: Equipment downtime to less than 2% annually. Compliance and safety: Zero non-compliance incidents during audits. User satisfaction: 90% staff satisfaction rating.
