As an application support at Biztrak, you will be responsible for providing support and training on the use and implementation of software applications to our clients. You will work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and then provide them with recommendations on how to best use our software applications to achieve their goals. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs and objectives, and how they relate to the software application;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software application, including its capabilities, features, and limitations;
  • Provide training to the client\xe2\x80\x99s staff on how to use the software application;
  • Provide ongoing support to the client during and after the software implementation;
  • Monitor the progress of the software implementation and make recommendations for changes as needed;
  • Prepare reports documenting the software implementation process and results;
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the software implementation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information technology, business studies, accounting or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage;
  • Experience in accounting software consulting would be an added advantage;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and/or Malay;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic salary with commission + medical claim and health insurance
  • 5 working days, flexible working hour, 1-day WFH per week
  • Location: One City, Subang, Selangor
  • 10% of traveling to client sites
