About the Company

We are hiring on behalf of an emerging blockchain technology company based in Malaysia. They're building a scalable Layer-1 public-permissioned blockchain tailored for real-world use cases--such as digital credentials, fintech, halal traceability, and government-backed audit trail.

They've also developed a plug-and-play Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform and offer advisory services for token crowdfunding within regulated environments. Backed by certifications from key government bodies and with strong traction across multiple sectors, they're well-positioned to lead Web3 adoption in the region.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, and maintain Substrate based blockchain Develop, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts Develop, test and deploy dApp Participate in software design sessions to upscale and plan the engineering roadmap Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and consistency Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the performance, security, and stability of applications Prepare and maintain technical-related documentation such as Technical Specification, Technical Manual & etc.. Work closely with Network and DevOps team to plan and setup server for blockchain node

Requirements

Experience in Solidity Experience in building production blockchain projects Experience in set-up, deploying, and maintaining blockchain node Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS Experience in version control systems, preferably Git Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Good to Have

Experience in Rust

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
