Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably with good knowledge of BMS
• Excel in time management
• Candidate willing to be working at Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing building automation solutions:

• Collaborating with architects and other building design professionals to develop efficient and sustainable building automation solutions.
• Creating system designs and schematics based on project requirements and specifications.
• Selecting appropriate equipment and components to meet project requirements.
• Conducted site surveys and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization of existing systems.2. Programming and commissioning building automation systems:

• Writing and testing software code for building automation systems.
• Configuring and integrating various building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and access control.
• Commissioning and testing the system to ensure IT is functioning correctly and meets project specifications.3. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues:

• Conducting regular maintenance checks to identify any system malfunctions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to system performance.
• Conducting system upgrades and software updates to improve system performance.4. Managing project timelines and budgets:

• Collaborating with project teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Tracking project progress and reporting on project status.

5. Training end-users:

• Conducting training sessions for end-users to facilitate the effective use of the building automation systems.
• Developing user manuals and documentation to guide end-users.

6. Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices:

• Staying up-to-date with advancements in building automation technology and industry standards.
• Participating in industry conferences and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
