1. Lead and manage facility team. 2. To manage and ensure all the electrical, mechanical and civil systems in good condition 3. Attend customer meeting and enquires 4. Respond any complaints from customer within the respond time set by management 5. Monitor and supervise technical staff for all complaints/repair progress to achieve downtime set by customers 6. Prepare monthly report as in standard process 7. As a site representative to communicate with management 8. Carry out administration work to manage team on daily operation 9. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance 10. Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work 11. Supervise and train maintenance technicians 12. Supervise and assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.) 13. Supervise, inspect and maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.) 14. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment 15. Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations) 16. Carry out daily/weekly/monthly electrical meter reading on switchgear, transformer and MSB 17. Carry out generator set testing and the system 18. Monitor, check and carry out work related to fire alarm system, electrical riser board 19. Attend all power failure and rectify promptly 20. Liaison with relevant authorities body on inspection of the building (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.) 21. To give full cooperation to the presence of technical support team and headquarters staff 22.
