Key Tasks
1. Quality, Health and Safety is everyones\xe2\x80\x9d responsibility le in the workplace.
2. Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Sustainability.
3. Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and Operating Procedures (OPs).
4. Responsible for ensuring to ensure the proper functioning, upkeep, maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical utilities and equipment to the y is maintained per required specifications and regulations under the Energy Commission Malaysia and determined by the CMMS system\'s work orders.
5. To manage and handle 22 KV/415V ( Note: 33 kV and above will be handed over to TNB - please discuss with me) 11KV/33KV electrical equipment including operating, switching, maintaining, and troubleshooting of switch gears, transformer, and other related system.
6. To comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga of Electrical Supply Act and Regulations.
7. Timely Close out the CMMS Work Orders with proper supporting documents. ( Day Shift Lead responsibility?). Is this his scope?
8. Continual monitoring of the Building Management System (BMS)/Electrical Management System (EMS) in the NOC for normal running and alarm conditions.
9. Provide and Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of electricity consumption and to record, update and submit all sub-metering record to the energy saving committee; and to develop maintenance repair plans.
9. To work closely with the local statutory bodies (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DOSH, NIOSH,DOE, BOMBA etc.) to ensure compliance of the plant and machinery with government regulations, License renewal and requirements.
10.. Responsible to perform any related duties required by supervisors/management.(????) too broad a statement in a JD)
11. Responsible to draft out and review Electrical related Operations Procedures like Method of Operating Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP).
12. Act as the Commander during an Electrical Incident and assist with Electrical Incident Rreports and Root Cause Analysis. (RCA)
13. Building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from according to the Building walk around procedures.(Is this his function or the Shift Technician ( delete if not performed by him)
14. Establish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with Facilities Managers, the Client\'s staff and representatives.
15. Volunteer ideas / initiatives / innovations that contribute to the service levels and delivery.
16 Undertake other tasks, as required by the Client, in accordance with experience and competencies. (No -all tasks/responsibilities to be defined/agreed by CBRE -not the Client). He is CBRE staff.
17 Participate in all CBRE Training Programs including obtaining CDCTP
