Job Description
\xef\xbb\xbf * To perform inspection, repair, maintenance and upgrading on equipment related to utilities such as electric substation, Switch room and Genset in all factory area.
- Plan, coordinate, implement & monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical high & low voltage supply , distribution and mechanical system.
- Responsible for implementing periodical check and planning maintenance of production facility , machine and equipment to maintain stable production.
- Responsible for implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
- Responsible for implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity and safety.
- Responsible for implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain stable operation.
- Responsible for carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
- Responsible for installing new machines in the factory to comply with the DOE and DOSH and ST requirement.
- Responsible for manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition.
- Responsible to make sure meet the Quality, Safety and Environment Management System goal and objective.
- Consistently in 5S implementation of any maintenance activities or any work arrangement.
