To perform inspection, repair, maintenance and upgrading on equipment related to utilities such as electric substation, Switch room and Genset in all factory area.
Plan, coordinate, implement & monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical high & low voltage supply , distribution and mechanical system.
Responsible for implementing periodical check and planning maintenance of production facility , machine and equipment to maintain stable production.
Responsible for implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
Responsible for implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity and safety.
Responsible for implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain stable operation.
Responsible for carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
Responsible for installing new machines in the factory to comply with the DOE and DOSH and ST requirement.
Responsible for manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition.
Responsible to make sure meet the Quality, Safety and Environment Management System goal and objective.
Consistently in 5S implementation of any maintenance activities or any work arrangement
