Responsible for the punctual efficient delivery of good service to customer according to company service standards assigned by superior.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.
To follow instruction given by Executive or Manager to meet dateline and client demand.
To entertain all inquiries and comment from clients and authorities.
Provide EPDA to customer upon request and follow up.
Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to Admin Department.
Monitor emails pertaining to the branch and ports.
Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel.
Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.
Perform any other duties as requested by the Superior.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
Computer literate
Knowledge in Shipping Industry
Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa
SPM/Diploma in Shipping or Business Admin.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.
Fresh Graduate will be considered.
