Job Description
Position: Boilerman (Grade 2 / Grade 1 Preferred)
Location: Prai, Penang
Industry: Food Manufacturing - Specializing in Soy Sauce Production
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain boiler systems in accordance with safety and operational standards. Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs of boilers and related components. Monitor pressure, temperature, and water levels to ensure optimal boiler function. Keep detailed records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and fuel usage. Assist with general maintenance tasks and support utility operations within the production facility.
Requirements:
Possess a valid Boilerman Certificate Grade 2 issued by DOSH Malaysia (Grade 1 highly preferred). Minimum 1-2 years' experience operating industrial boilers. Familiar with safety protocols and preventive maintenance techniques. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Preferably below 50 years of age.
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary:
RM 3,000 (subject to experience and certification grade)
