, is a fast-growing plant-based milk contract manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable products for health-conscious consumers. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a qualified, dedicated and hands-on Boilerman who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of steam boilers and associated systems. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of boilers in compliance with DOSH regulations. The position also involves conducting preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring optimal boiler performance.

Additionally, this role will oversee and supervise the operations and maintenance of the Raw Water Treatment Plant (RWTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure full compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor steam boilers and related systems to ensure safe and efficient performance. Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of boilers and auxiliary equipment. Ensure all boiler operations are in accordance with DOSH and company safety regulations. Record and analyze boiler operating data, water levels, and chemical dosing. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Oversee RWTP and WWTP operations to ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure continuous plant operation. Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and operational reports. Support energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives related to utilities. Required to provide call-back service if the need arises during emergency. Any other duties as instructed by immediate superior or Pure Mylk Management

Requirements:

Possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate (endorsed by DOSH). Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in boiler operation and maintenance, preferably in a food or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of RWTP and WWTP operations will be an added advantage. Familiar with mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to steam boilers. Able to work independently and respond promptly to operational issues. Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards. Good housekeeping practices and adherence to safety protocols. Able to work on shifts, weekends, during emergencies when required.
