Boiler Operator (Grade 2)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work as a team with the Senior Boilerman to operate and maintain boilers and related equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor boiler performance and carry out daily inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good condition. Assist in preparing repair, maintenance, and annual inspection work with contractors and relevant authorities. Ensure a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness in the boiler house. Handle loading and unloading of received goods when required. Prepare and maintain records such as daily maintenance reports, boiler log sheets, and other related documents. Carry work as a Store Assistant and drive forklift.

Qualifications:

Skilled in forklift operation. Willing to work overtime when needed. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required. Minimum education: Primary / Secondary / SPM or equivalent. Possess a valid Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate. At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
