Job Overview

We are looking for a certified

Boilerman

to operate, maintain, and monitor boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with industrial boilers and must hold the required Malaysian certification.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain steam/hot water boilers according to safety standards and operating guidelines. Conduct daily inspections, water level checks, and record boiler operating data. Monitor boiler performance, pressure, temperature, and other critical parameters. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot boiler faults and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with

DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety & Health)

regulations. Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation of boiler operations. Support factory operations by ensuring consistent and reliable steam supply. Report any abnormalities, safety issues, or breakdowns immediately to supervisors.

Requirements

Boilerman Certificate Grade 1 / 2 / 3

(recognized by DOSH Malaysia). Minimum 1-3 years working experience as a Boilerman in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of boiler mechanical systems, safety controls, and preventive maintenance practices. Physically fit and able to work in hot, industrial environments. Willing to work shifts, weekends, or on-call when necessary. Good discipline, reliability, and commitment to safety practices.

Additional Advantages

Experience with dual-fuel boilers (diesel/gas/biomass). Multiskill experience in maintenance (mechanical, electrical). Knowledge of ISO standards and safety audits.
