Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or administration
Familiar with Singapore HR / MOM processes preferred
Experience handling Singapore grants will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks)
Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients/suppliers)
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Book Keeper / Admin Executive to join our team at our Johor Bahru factory.
You will be involved in accounting, administrative, and HR tasks, including handling Singapore-related submissions and grant applications.
Handle daily bookkeeping and assist with full set of accounts
Manage petty cash, payment vouchers, and monthly financial reports
Assist with HR administration, payroll, and employee documentation
Prepare and handle Singapore MOM applications (work passes, renewals, etc.)
Support Singapore government grant applications (e.g., Enterprise Singapore, SkillsFuture, etc.)
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for finance and HR
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government agencies when required
Perform general administrative support as needed
