• Minimum 1 year of professional bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Knowledge of Australian tax and payroll compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Required language(s): Mandarin and English

• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, and Reckon.
• Process daily transactions including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.
• Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and STP reports to the ATO.
• Process payroll, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
• Assist in preparing Tax Returns, FBT returns, and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and collections.
• Support budgeting, cash flow, and reporting for clients.
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax and payroll regulations and ASIC Compliance.
• Provide administrative support including client communication and record-keeping.
