Position Overview



We are looking for a careful and reliable

Bookkeeper

to handle our daily financial tasks. You will record transactions, check accounts, prepare reports, and make sure all financial records are accurate.

Key Responsibilities



Record daily transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and payments. Keep ledgers and other financial documents up to date. Reconcile bank statements and check account accuracy. Handle invoices, payments, and customer collections. Help prepare monthly and yearly financial reports. Process payroll and track staff expenses (if needed). Follow company policies and local accounting rules. Support the finance team and auditors during audits. Monitor cash flow and share simple financial updates with management.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, or similar role. Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting. Able to use accounting software (QuickBooks, SQL, or similar). Strong Excel and data entry skills. Careful, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
