We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.What you'll do:xe2xadx90 Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.xe2xadx90 Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into bookkeeping software and systems by collecting the required accounting supporting documents from clientsxe2xadx90 Reconcile bank statements and any other financial records to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data.xe2xadx90 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable which includes reviewing the categorisation and reconciliation of both purchase invoices and sales invoices.xe2xadx90 Ensure the accuracy and quality of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets by performing quality checks on the bookkeeping data.xe2xadx90 Collaborate with team members and the Bookkeeping Quality Assurance Team Lead to resolve discrepancies, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and client-specific requirements.xe2xadx90 Communicate and coordinate with clients to gather financial information, address inquiries, and provide support as needed.xe2xadx90 Stay updated on industry best practices, accounting regulations, and software updates relevant to bookkeeping tasks.Who you are:xe2xadx90 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
