Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, check bank transaction, follow up and issued payment;
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assist in procurement, stationery control, and office supply management.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the management
Candidate must be able to possess basic accounting knowledge and computer skills.
