Managing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales. Responsibilities include:
Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the financial performance of the store.
Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs.
Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures
Stock handling and ordering, inventory counting, and managing Cost of Goods
Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales
Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs
Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager and staff from the Support Centre Responsible for sales pattern
