Job Description

1. Fashion Boutique Sales & After-Sales

Assist walk-in customers with styling, sizing & product recommendations Provide excellent customer service to ensure high conversion rate Conduct upselling & cross-selling for handbags, wallets, accessories, apparel Handle after-sales enquiries & customer support (exchange, return, repair) Maintain store cleanliness, VM (visual merchandising) & product display

2. Live Commerce Support (TikTok / FB / IG)

Assist in preparing products, setup & props for live sessions Support Live Host during live (product passing, replying comments, stock updates) Occasionally appear on live (if comfortable) for product showcase Ensure live inventory, pricing & stock balance are accurate Help create short content (BTS, product close-up, restock announcement) when needed

3. E-Commerce Fulfilment

Pack and fulfil online orders from Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop & Zalora Ensure high accuracy in product picking, packing & labelling Perform basic quality checking before shipment Coordinate with courier partners & update tracking information

4. Store & Warehouse Management

Assist in daily stock movement (inbound, outbound, transfer between branches) Organise warehouse shelves, product placement & inventory zoning Participate in weekly stock count and monthly stock take Ensure SKU tagging, barcode scanning and QC are accurate

5. Online & Offline Enquiries Handling

Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, TikTok, Shopee & Instagram Provide product information, sizing, stock availability & recommendations Handle customer follow-ups to increase sales conversion Maintain polite, helpful and positive tone at all times

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English Friendly, proactive, confident and customer-focused Willing to learn new things (training provided) Comfortable in fast-paced retail + online environment Able to work shifts & weekends (rotational) Based in or able to commute to
