Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is always fully stocked.
Deliver excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain an outstanding store appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences.
Stay updated on the latest product information and promotions.
Clearly and accurately describe product features, benefits, and usage.
Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
Actively participate in receiving and organizing new stock shipments.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Customer service-oriented, with the ability to engage and attract potential customers.
Able to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
