Key Responsibilities ? Sales Leadership: Drive showroom sales performance by setting and achieving targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and maximizing revenue growth. ? Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve client issues promptly, and foster strong customer relationships. ? Operations Management: Oversee daily showroom activities, ensure a professional and welcoming environment, and coordinate smoothly across internal teams. ? Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations; and provide ongoing coaching and development. ? Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking activities, and ensure efficient handling of product orders and showroom replenishment. ? Business Growth: Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable, data-driven insights for future expansion. Requirements ? Retail Management Expertise:.Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a home furniture retail showroom, preferably with exposure to bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture. ? Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. ? Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment. ? Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively serve a diverse customer base. ? Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to meet customer and business needs. ? Setup Experience: Proven track record in company setup, including sourcing and securing office or showroom premises.
