As a Boutique Manager at Eastern & Oriental Express, a Belmond Train, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. • Providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the boutique

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales preferred
• Passion for fashion and luxury goods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets
• Professional and polished appearance
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

You are a great storyteller with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit.
