Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and face to face.
Respond promptly to messages, inquiries, and customer requests.
Share product photos, details, prices, and availability with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide styling advice and recommendations to help customers make purchasing decisions.
Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the packing and delivery team for dispatch.
Maintain an organized record of daily sales, inquiries, and customer interactions.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Handle after-sales service, including returns, exchanges, and feedback.
Support online marketing and promotional campaigns to increase traffic and engagement.
Keep track of inventory and update customers when new stock or collections arrive.
Ensure a consistent brand tone and positive customer experience.
Job Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in retail, online sales, or customer service (especially via WhatsApp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.
Good knowledge of fashion trends and styling (for boutique businesses).
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business tools, social media platforms, and basic record-keeping (Excel or Google Sheets).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
