Communicate with customers via

WhatsApp

in a professional, timely, and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Follow up on leads, provide product information, and close sales through effective conversation and consultation. Maintain a strong knowledge of company offerings to confidently answer questions and provide solutions. Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently using WhatsApp Business tools or CRM platforms. Track and document interactions, customer feedback, and sales outcomes accurately. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and upselling opportunities. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and responsiveness.

Job Requirement

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar role (preferably via chat or messaging platforms). Excellent written communication skills in Malay Language. Ability to build rapport and trust through digital communication. Tech-savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and other digital tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
