We are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The incumbent will be based at our boutique in IOI City Mall. Kami sedang mencari Retail Sales Associate untuk mengisi kekosongan untuk cawangan di butik pakaian kami di IOI City Mall.
All customers are required to wear a mask.
Customers need to provide their vaccination certificates.
Our outlets are sanitized regularly. Ability to commute/relocate:
- Good in English and computer literate/Boleh berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik dan boleh menggunakan komputer
- Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needs/Memiliki kemahiran interpersonal yang baik semasa berkomunikasi dan melayan pelanggan
- Ability to take direction while working with minimal supervision/Keupayaan untuk bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A Level/Pre-U/Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM/STPM/\'A Level/Pre-U
- Follow standard of operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the Retail Manager/Mematuhi SOP dan menyiapkan semua tugasan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Retail Manager
- Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and replenish merchandise as it is sold/Mengekalkan kebersihan butik dan mengisi semula stok produk
- Acknowledge customers and be attentive/Melayan pelanggan dengan baik
- Maintain proper display of products ensuring they comply with boutique\xe2\x80\x99s image & quality standards/Mengekalkan paparan produk dengan betul dan memastikan ia mematuhi imej dan standard kualiti butik
- Overtime pay/Bayaran kerja lebih masa
- Commission for in-store sales/Komisen untuk jualan dalam kedai
