  • System integration and qualification of systems, tools, and components for our instruments
  • Development of table-top analytical instruments for X-Xay Fluorescence Spectrometry and X-Ray Diffraction.
  • Support the Operations and Partner with Manufacturing team in producing and testing X-Ray analytical equipment.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Development and optimization of products and components.
  • Defining and optimizing workflows for instruments.
  • Supporting product ramp-up to serial production and approval of quality standard for assembled products.
  • Reviewing standard operating procedures and improving assembly and testing processes.
  • Maintaining our existing portfolio together with operations, purchasing and vendors.
  • Efficient cooperation with engineering in mechanics, electronics, software including other Bruker sites and vendors.
QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will posses:
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Physics, Chemist / Materials scientist subject 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of R&D in industry,
  • Experience in X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy, X-Ray Diffraction, analytical instrumentation, or other X-ray analytical techniques.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience of data collection and evaluation.
  • Basic knowledge in programming and electronics-design appreciated.
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Appreciation and understanding of different cultures and religions.
  • Very good communication skills for both internal and global teleconferences in English
  • Ability to travel for assignment that requires 1\xe2\x80\x932-month training session at a Bruker headquarters in Germany and occasional travel to Germany within R&D projects.
