Job Description
Integrate Business Process Transformation Strategies (BPTS) framework into existing consulting practice for commercialization. Handle consulting works for Filipino or Japanese clients. Facilitate discussions with the clients to ascertain the main working direction. Interview the clients employees, management team and other stakeholders. Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis. Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence. Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution using BPTS framework. Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client. Develop action plan to implement the recommended changes. Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out. Review and pivot BPTS framework when necessary.
