B&R PLC Automation Expert / Master

About Us:

We are a leading plastic packaging manufacturer specializing in high-quality automated production lines. We are looking for a highly skilled B&R PLC expert to join our team and support our advanced automation systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and maintain B&R PLC systems for production lines. Troubleshoot and optimize existing B&R automation systems. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to implement automation solutions. Commission new B&R-controlled machines and integrate with SCADA/HMI systems. Provide technical guidance, training, and best practices for B&R PLC usage.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with B&R PLC software (Automation Studio, Motion Control, HMI integration). Proven track record in industrial automation, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of SCADA, industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, CAN, Modbus) is a plus. Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing production lines. Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
