B&R PLC Automation Expert / Master

Company Overview:

We are a leading manufacturer in the plastic packaging industry, known for our advanced automated production lines. We are looking for a talented B&R PLC Automation Specialist to join our team and support our state-of-the-art automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and maintain B&R PLC systems across production lines. Diagnose and resolve issues in existing automation setups to improve efficiency. Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to implement automation solutions. Lead the commissioning of new machines and ensure smooth integration with SCADA/HMI systems. Share knowledge and provide training on best practices for B&R PLC systems.

Requirements:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with B&R PLC software, including Automation Studio, Motion Control, and HMI integration. Background in industrial automation, ideally within manufacturing or packaging environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently. Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, CAN, Modbus) is a plus. Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous. Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred.
