The Branch Administrator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the branch, including managing documentation, coordinating staff support, and overseeing inventory control and stock management processes. The role ensures efficient branch functioning while maintaining accurate stock records and supporting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Oversee daily branch administrative functions.
- Maintain records such as staff attendance, timesheets, and leave applications.
- Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary resources.
2. Stock & Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage branch inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately in inventory management systems.
3. Coordination & Communication:
- Support the Branch Manager in preparing operational and financial reports.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure documentation is complete and properly filed (invoices, delivery notes, stock records, etc.).
- Assist with internal audits and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in administrative or stock management roles, preferably in a branch or retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and stock/inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Have own transportation and ready to travel between branches
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
