About the Job


The Branch Administrator is responsible for managing daily branch operations, ensuring smooth office workflows, and maintaining necessary supplies and equipment. The role includes greeting and assisting visitors, preparing and editing documents, and handling data entry, record-keeping, and filing to support overall branch efficiency.



Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, or customers who come to the branch. Preparing and editing documents and reports. Handling data entry, record-keeping, and document filing.

Skills and Qualification



SPM or equivalent qualification Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
