To monitor staff on data updating in gemsoft2
To monitor all cash collections and cheque collection are timely bank in
To look into the disciplinary issues arising from the branch and take necessary action
To ensure that all the payments for utilities are done timely to avoid disruption
To check fleet card usage and ensure no abuse of claims
To meet EM20 delivery performance KPI at 96%
To clear PSI and ensure no pending shipments more than 7 days
To meet Ecourier KPI 100%
To ensure zero mispickup everyday
To check and respond to all whatsapp mesej
Follow all ISO and Company\'s policies and procedures.
To handle any additional task handed by RIC from time to time.
