Job Description

a)

Main Responsibilities



Ensure the security of the outlet and manage the storage and safety of pledged gold items.

Monitor and manage cash flow, inventory, and financial transactions.

Build relationships with local communities and clients to promote the Ar- Rahnu services.

Manage and lead a team of tellers and support staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales, and operational issues to the executives.

b) Qualification

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

2-5 years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services, preferably in a managerial role.

Skills:

Leadership, communication, Ar-Rahnu industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
