Job Description

Purpose of the role:



Core Responsibilities

To deliver the required Service Level Agreements for all of our customers, both Cash and Manned Guarding Services. To ensure Cost Operating Targets are achieved in line with Branch Profit and Loss (P&L) Budget. Standard Operating Procedures to be adhered to, ensuring that all security, Health and Safety, and operational requirements are satisfied. Work with customers to ensure they are delighted when dealing with Safeguards. Productivity targets achieved across the operating site to be consistently challenged to make efficiencies, without compromising service delivery. Empower and lead all colleagues in operating site, ensuring employee satisfaction, rewarding excellent performance and developing team members who have the ability to progress.

Key skills:



Experience of managing productivity and operating (P&L) budget. Exposure to working in a highly compliance driven business where SOP's must be adhered to. Process Improvement experience. Customer management experience. Experience in leading and motivating large operational teams.

Job Requirements:



Diploma/Bachelors degree or equivalent disciplined service qualification / experience. Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in an operational environment. Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia IT Literate Some exposure of working with local government agencies and Police.

Personal Qualities:



Able to work in a team environment. Able to work as well as teams' activities, document in a concise manner. Able to present solution in written and oral reports. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude. Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Knowledge in Malaysia Labour & Industrial Law prevailing HR practices and Legislation.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
