\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all operations matters that related to Prai and Chep at Prai \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivate and encourage teamwork within the team to ensure productivity targets are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure customer service is to the optimum at all the times \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle customer complaints tactfully \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop SOP for smooth operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Warehouse is Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure Branch complies with all requirements of Internal & External Audits\xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure on time submission of internal & external monthly KPI report for Branch \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all monthly billing process being complied, accurate and meeting deadline \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure truck management plan in ie. Truck maintenance plan, inspection, records, etc
