Position: Branch Manager
Location: Empire City (new opening in Nov 2025)
We are seeking an experienced professional in the retail industry, preferably with a strong background in FASHION & SPORT RETAIL.
The ideal candidate should have proven leadership capabilities in managing outlet, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence within the retail sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION OF BRANCH MANAGER
- Demonstrates desired behaviours for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
- Provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
- Assists in hiring to the needs of the business, actively recruiting to ensure open positions are filled quickly.
- Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget.
- Manage and controls shrinkage.
- Oversee and manage the whole operation team in the outlet and implement operation procedure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
