We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations and sales in Johor, Malaysia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Operations and Production Management:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Oversee the manufacturing processes, optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

2) Sales Leadership:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.

3) Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the branch.

4) Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the branch budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.

5) Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Requirements:
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and sales, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial / management role.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Strong network among local & foreign business is an added advantage.
