Job Description


Our client is an established Japanese company specialised in Logistics, freight forwarding and warehousing field. It is located in Masai, Johor Bahru.MAIN RESPONSILIBITIES

  • Location: Masai, Johor Bahru
  • Industry: Logistics, shipping, forwarding
  • To oversee the branch operation and in-charge of the profit and loss.
  • To ensure all daily import/ export activities are running smoothly to meet customer\'s satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation power of rates from Airlines, GSA, Co-Loader, Shipping Liners and NOVCC to increase profitability.
  • To meet and achieve monthly and yearly company targets. To set individual sales target to measure each Sales Personnel performance.
  • Constant conducting Long Outstanding Debtors Meeting to ensure all overdue outstanding are paid promptly.
  • To monitor all job files, petty/payment vouchers, documents, billing/costing etc
  • To plan and enhance better systems for continually improvement to meet customer\'s satisfaction
KEY REQUIREMENTSDegree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in import/export operationsExpertise in Malaysia Customs regulations, import/export compliance, and trade documentation.Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Possesses own transport.Interested applicants are welcome to send in resume directly to or contact 07-2781122.#LI-JACMY#statejohor
