Company Description Satria Intelligence Agency Sdn Bhd is a leading private security agency that provides a range of security services. Established in 2006, it offers Armed/Unarmed (security guards and bodyguards), convoy escort, CIT/CVIT, electronic security systems, drone surveillance, and security training provider services that are reliable and cost-effective. We are looking for an experienced candidate in the outsourced security line. Role Description his is a full-time on-site role located in Johor Bahru for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, doing marketing, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be in charge of setting goals and developing strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Excellent leadership and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of employees Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Diploma and degree in Business Administration or related field Familiarity with handling firearms Ability to work on-call and long hours Possess a driver\'s license and own a vehicle Computer literate in Microsoft Office Salary range: RM3.5K - RM4K
