Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers with prior experience handling Industrial or Construction Equipment.
Result-orientated, assertive and willing to take challenges to achieve Sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication with good leadership.
Independent and resourceful.

Scopes:

Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, and executing day to day Operational and
Sales activities, and provide strategies leadership and coaching in order to achieve sales figures and business objectives
Responsible for branch\xe2\x80\x99s performance in Sales, Service and Compliance
Implement objectives for achieving monthly sales target
Hiring and monitoring the performance of staff from time to time
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, making data-driven decisions to achieve desired outcomes
Act as the main point of contact with clients, effectively communicating and collaborating to enhance business relationships.
