JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Fully responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch.
Strategic planning, formulate and implement sales goals and profit plan of the branch.
Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
Planning and manage marketing activities/ events, implement the activities of business/market promotion and advertising.
Conduct market research and create plans/forecasts that are built to fit future needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Direct Selling /Network/MLM.
Preferably those with the knowledge of business policy, market development, product promotion and distributor training, branch management experience.
Good management, presentation and public speaking skills.
Willing to relocate to other countries.
