-Oversee the setup of the new branch, including infrastructure, staffing, systems, and SOP implementation.
-Ensure a seamless transition from planning to full operations.
-Coordinate and execute branch launching activities and ensure readiness on Day One.
2. Sales & Business Growth
-Lead and drive overall branch sales performance across key products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance, identify gaps and implement corrective action.
- Collaborate with HQ to roll out new products, promotions and business initiatives.
3. Operations Management
- Manage daily operations across all functions (sales, admin, finance, HR, customer service).
- Ensure operational processes are efficient, documented, and aligned with HQ policies.
- Manage branch budget, control costs and optimize use of resources.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, SOPs, branch manual and statutory regulations.
-Act as liaison for internal and external audits, inspections and compliance checks.
-Serve as Branch Business Continuity Management (BSM) Coordinator and OSHA Coordinator, ensuring continuity planning and safety practices are in place.
-Foster a proactive risk awareness culture through regular coaching and reminders.
5. Customer Experience Management
- Uphold high standards of customer service delivery in line with SLAs.
- Ensure efficient complaint resolution and prompt response to feedback.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
6. Business & Performance Management
-Track and monitor KPIs set by HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
-Analyse trends and performance data to support continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to HQ on sales, operations, risk and cost management.
7. Agency & Stakeholder Relations
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local agencies, regulators and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at local business events, meetings and engagements.
8. People Management & Development
- Recruit, train, supervise and motivate a high-performing team.
- Set individual performance targets and ensure timely performance reviews.
- Promote a safe, inclusive and results-driven culture at the branch.
Job Requirement
- Possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in branch operations, sales or general management.
- Proven experience in
sales, marketing, project coordination
and
event management
.
- Strong understanding of
regulatory and compliance requirements
relevant to the state or region.
- Excellent
leadership, communication
and
stakeholder engagement
skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- A
self-starter
who is proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently with sound decision-making ability.
