Requirements

To contact the customers to offer financial service that we have by telemarketing, customers base are fully supported.

• Must possess at least SPM
• Required language (s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (any of two)
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferably entry level specialized in sales Telesales /Telemarketing or equivalent with one experience
• Training will be provided
• Able to start work immediately would be added advantage

• Reach out potential customers to present our products and service offering and schedule appointment for manager
• To achieve individual target as well as team target , to meet KPI on daily, weekly and monthly basis to Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
• Daily update report on call rate & prospects remarks
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and/or services
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction, To enjoy making outbound calls to all potential prospects ,To represent company in a positive and professional manner. Keeping up to date on & provide market research / data through outbound calling.
• Attractive salary and commission remuneration with monthly basic salary with commissions up to RM 20,000
• Hunting for new sales to achieve company target To contact the customers to offer financial service that we have by telemarketing, customers base are fully supported.
