Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 5,000 Per Month

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Type: Full Time

Requirements:

Degree in any field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and people management, with a proven track record in branch management or a similar leadership role.

Possess own transport.

Aggressive self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Capable of working effectively under pressure.

Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong leadership abilities with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in financial management, operational planning, and problem solving.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, customer accounts, financial measures, and KPIs.

Manage the full employee and contract driver life cycle from recruitment to resignation.

Identify and secure new customers to support rapid business expansion.

Deploy continuous improvement efforts to drive productivity and reduce operating costs.

Oversee resource allocation including personnel, equipment, and facilities.

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions.

Ensure branch and staff safety, manage security, and maintain cleanliness.

Collaborate with other departments and submit timely reports.

Oversee the activities of hired agents and GDEX point-of-presence (POP) services.
