Branch Manager

Job Description

Plan, formulate, and implement appropriate programmes to ensure that the Branch achieves consistent and constant growth in terms of business revenue and profit. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of operational and organisational efficiency and effectiveness via continuous examination and review of processes and procedures, and integration and enhancement of services with the view to promoting greater effectiveness, lower costs, and excellent customer service. Responsible for ensuring that the quality systems are effectively implemented and ensuring strict compliance with the requirements of the system. Responsible for ensuring that all operating, management information, and other IT systems are implemented, monitored, and maintained. Responsible for ensuring that all debts and other monies due are promptly collected in accordance with agreed terms and in compliance with pre-determined targets as set out in the annual business plan and budget. Responsible for ensuring payment is made to the Company's Vendor as agreed between both parties, according to the terms and conditions. Responsible for ensuring that all manpower resources possess the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to carry out their respective jobs effectively and, wherever necessary to liaise with the Human Resources Department at the Corporate level to determine the training and development needs for such manpower. Monitor, identify, and record any problems concerning the processes and the halalal-toyyiban system and ISO Quality Management System. Ensure and maintain good communication between HQ and Branch, plan in line with company direction, ensure safety and security, risk management, and customer services. Ensure continuity of the Company's growth for the short term, medium and long term. Develop and promote creativity and innovative approaches and concepts amongst all staff related to the new venture and problem-solving. Any other task assigned by the Superior.

Requirement:



Qualification:

Degree

in

Business Management

or

Economic

@

Advance Diploma

in

Logistics

or equivalent Experience:

At least 7 years of experience

as a Manager/ Assistant Manager in a reputable transport organization,

3 of which must be as a managerial level

Skills: Decision making/ Finance/Negotiation skill/ Business communication/ Leadership/ Interpersonal/ Presentation skills Preferably with knowledge in

Transport Management

Must be people-oriented with the capability to inspire and lead staff Market knowledge & Business savvy Well versed with

ISO 9001:2015

requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
