Drive sales performance and meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Analyze sales reports and identify strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
Implement promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities at the outlet level.
2. Customer Service & Experience
Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered consistently.
Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and outlet reputation.
3. Operations Management
Oversee daily operations including store opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
Maintain stock levels, manage replenishment, and minimize shrinkage or wastage.
Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
4. Staff Management & Development
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance, discipline, and performance.
Motivate, coach, and develop the team to improve productivity and service quality.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
Prepare and manage outlet budgets, expenses, and financial records.
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and banking procedures.
Ensure accurate reporting on sales, stock, and staff performance to management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
