Job Responsibility Responsibilities Cooperate with HQ to launch and full execution operational tasks and monitor the status to make sure the quality and efficiency, including data review, store operations standard and etc. Facilitate and support the stores communication with HQ to ensure all operational running smoothly. Ensure smooth operations of the newly upgraded memo. Work closely with different internal departments and supervise frontline staff to ensure smooth store openings, closings, relocation, meeting all store operations standards and guidelines Obtain store s operational needs and feedbacks from frontline team on a regular basis and handle queries/requests on a timely basis Regular store visits to ensure stores are in compliance with company policies Shop sales, profit and staff expense review Commission and incentive calculation Other jobs assigned to improve retail operation and reach Sales budget. Requirements Job Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in retail industry industry Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success strong track record of success within prior experience in a regional sales role Highly responsibility and uphold good integrity and honesty Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written. We seek for Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
