Requirements
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
Candidate must possess at least minimum education of SPM or equivalent.
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager.
Must be willing to work during weekend & public holidays.
Must have own transportation.
Must own an Android smartphone for MRS system access.
Working Location: Klang Valley or Johor Bahru
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Rest N Go stations.
Responsible for promoting RNG products and Rest N Go services to potential customers.
To provide excellent customer service to walk in customers and any inquiries via phone calls.
To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
Manage sales performance of stations in align weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Conducting training sessions with new staff.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, guidance and performance feedback.
Analyses operational data from MRS system to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Analyses operational data and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
