Job Description
Logistics Branch Manager
:
- Responsible for identifying new businesses/sales leads and secure new customers in Logistics
- Develop strong business relationship with existing and potential customer to maximize revenue and profitability
- Managing current customers with full satisfactions and KPI being met.
- Support planning and implementation of company's development strategy with focus on profitability as well as customer base
- To provide customized/tailor made logistics solutions to specific client base
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Recruit and interview new employees.
- Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding
- Familiar with MS Office suite of applications
- Possesses Diploma/Bachelor in related field
- Able to speaks and write in Bahasa Melayu and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Forwarding: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
